Winning a seat starts with
knowing the seat.

Our largest practice, and the one built on the deepest bench. Seat-level research, campaign design and a staffed war room — delivered across Indian states and union territories, with UK counsel available where a client’s audience crosses the corridor.

Electoral Practice

India is not one electorate. A margin that holds in a western-belt urban seat collapses in a rural constituency four hours away, and a message that carries a district capital can read as an insult in the villages around it. Our electoral work is organised around that fact: nothing is written centrally and shipped outward. Teams are raised in-state, briefed on the seat, and held to the decision window rather than the reporting cycle.

Campaign Architecture

The whole plan on one page before any of it is spent — phasing, resourcing, ward sequencing and the milestone map from announcement to counting day. We build it so a constituency team can run it without us in the room.

Constituency Diagnostics

A seat read that goes past the headline margin: caste and community composition, past-cycle swing pockets, incumbency drag, migration effects and the booths that actually decide the result.

Booth-Level Intelligence

Polling-station granularity. Turnout history, dominant community, agent coverage gaps and the specific booths where a two-hundred-vote shift changes the outcome.

Doorstep Canvassing Programmes

Trained enumerator teams working verified household lists with scripted capture, supervised daily and geo-stamped. Contact rate and refusal rate are reported alongside the findings, not buried.

Voter Sentiment Tracking

Repeat-wave tracking through the campaign, not one snapshot in month one. Movement is what matters, so the instrument stays fixed and the waves stay comparable.

Pre-Poll & Opinion Research

Quota-designed studies across region, gender, community, age and education, reported with sample sizes and margins stated plainly. We will tell you when a number is too soft to act on.

Post-Poll & Result Forensics

Once counting closes, what actually moved — booth by booth, against our own pre-poll model. We publish where we were wrong internally, because that is how the next model gets better.

Rival & Exposure Research

Sourced, documented files on opponents and, just as important, on your own record. Every claim carries a citation. Nothing goes in that we would not defend in a press conference.

Candidate Positioning

Biography, record and message aligned to what the seat will actually accept — including the parts of a record best addressed early rather than defended late.

Cadre & Membership Drives

Recruitment, verification and activation of party workers down to ward level, with a roll that survives audit rather than a headcount that flatters a report.

Electoral Roll Services

Roll reconciliation across revisions, additions and deletions tracked cycle to cycle, and slip preparation planned against the distribution capacity that actually exists on the ground.

War-Room Operations

The ElectWise room, staffed through the campaign window by the same principals who brief you — so a line moving on a screen and a phone line to the field are minutes apart, not days.
